The Broadcasting industry is changing at a rapid pace, ushering in both opportunities and challenges. The convergence of the media, rapid expansion of the communication industry and globalisation are creating exciting prospects for professionals, users and consumers.

The choice of your career pathways further widens owing to the proliferation of radio and TV stations, Internet explosion and diversification of the print and electronic sectors. In a sense, the world is your oyster.

Students pursuing the BA (Hons) in Broadcasting and Journalism will hone highly professional skills, acquire hands-on experience in industry projects and acquire access to the latest technology. You will learn to apply creative skills in a real-world environment. You will also be groomed to be an entrepreneur, publisher, professional broadcaster and, more importantly, a global graduate networking with students from over 90 countries.

Entry requirements

∙ 2 principals STPM/'A' levels or equivalent or
∙ 5 credits SPM/'O' levels or equivalent
∙ IELTS grade 5.0 or equivalent and
∙ Limkokwing's Foundation in Communication

Students with recognised prior learning such as Pre-University, Matriculation programme, or a diploma in a related field will be given advanced standing into the degree programme.
