Branding is the new mantra of the commercial world. Millions are being invested to develop new brands, and new designs are required that can capture consumers’ interest and retain their loyalty.

The degree programme is designed to turn students into branding specialists, specifically in packaging design. This programme enables the student to fully understand the fundamentals of packaging design and visual communication, from its conception to production as well as enabling students to fully connect with the industry.

In Year Two, students work on actual projects, integrating visual communications and multimedia with research skills. In the second half of Year Two, students are able to put their knowledge to good use with 8 weeks of practical industry experience/internship.

In the final year, students are trained to advertise and market their brands. Management as well as entrepreneurial skills are emphasised and graduates are prepared for industry work.


Entry requirements

· 2 principles STPM/'A'levels or equivalent or
· 5 credits SPM/O' levels equivalent
∙ IELTS grade 5.0 or equivalent and
· Limkokwing's Foundation in Design

Students with a recognised certificate or diploma in a related field will be given advanced standing into the degree programme.
